ALT Foundation Leadership Conference


The Africa Leadership Transformation (ALT) Foundation has entered into collaboration with the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi (KNUST), to offer various leadership programmes for Africans and to realise a goal of training one million African leaders in at least 10 African countries in the next 10 years (2020-2030).

The maiden edition of the Leadership Conference is scheduled on 3rd to 8th February, 2020. The course is usually a 6-day programme run with a promise of participants leaving the session being leaders and exercising leadership effectively as one’s natural self-expression.

It has been run in several countries including; Kenya, Netherlands, India, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, China and Mexico. It has also been run in the US Air Force Academy.

Participants for the maiden conference in the West Africa sub-region, are expected to come from; Ghana, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Kenya and South Africa. The main facilitator of the course is Professor Jeronima Echeverria from the USA.

Dates: Monday, 3rd to Saturday, 8th February, 2020

Venue: School of Graduate Studies, KNUST

Time: Start 8:30am (seated and ready to start) End at 1800 hours daily
