Requirements
- Candidates must hold an MPhil/MSc in Land Economy, Real Estate or a Master’s degree in a relevant subject from a recognised University acceptable to the Departmental Board.
- Candidates must attend an interview session and pass before admission.
- Candidates must submit a sustainable proposal and workable programme that fit into the land industry and acceptable to the Departmental Board.
