The mission of the School of Graduate Studies is to foster an intellectually stimulating and supportive environment that promotes advanced learning, innovative research, and professional development. We are committed to training highly qualified and ethically grounded postgraduate students to acquire master's and doctoral degrees in specialized disciplines, particularly in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), as well as other interdisciplinary and emerging fields.

- Click on forgot password from your student portal
- Select/Choose either sms or email reset options to change password
- Login into the Thesis Deposition Portal
- Select menu > Thesis Deposition> Manage thesis assessment report
- Select thesis
- Select thesis report and click on the print icon to download
- Login into the thesis deposition portal
- Select menu > Thesis Deposition > submit/check/update
- Proceed to check your current state
- After logging into your TDMS portal, click on menu, select thesis progress,select extension request
- Fill in the fields from the pop-up form(NB: Supplementary document should be a letter to the Director of Graduate School as to why you need an extension)
- Create an extension request and forward it to your supervisor for approval
- Supervisor forwards your extension request to the HOD / Coordinator for approval
- HOD / Coordinator also forwards it to School of Graduate Studies for approval and billing
- An invoice will be generated on your dashboard
- Make payment at the bank
- Contact School of Graduate Studies with your receipt for clearance
NB: THIS PROCESS CAN ONLY GO THROUGH AFTER A PROGRESS REPORT HAS BEEN CREATED AND APPROVED BY YOUR SUPERVISOR, HOD / COORDINATOR AND SCHOOL OF GRADUATE STUDIES
